Cask at Cask and Vine 300 Pints Fest Huge coconut aroma and flavor with bits of citrus and pine deep underneath. Sweet bready malt tries to keep it all together but this one is all about the coconut.

Poured into a snifter, the appearance was a pitch black color with a finger’s worth of white to off white foamy head that dissipated fairly nice. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had black licorice, some ash/char, and some dark and milk chocolate sweet and bitterness.
The flavor blended very nice between the sweet, the ash, and the bitterness. Good amount of the blend seemed to stride into the aftertaste and rolling into the finish.
The feel was about medium bodied with a great smoothness about it, somewhat silky with a sturdy ABV. Carbonation felt good.
Overall, very nice imperial stout well worthy to have again.
