Bottle and draft since inception.
Clear copper-brass. White head is medium-sized, showing modest retention.
Pine, pine and pine in the nose, with grapefruit, lemon and orange rind, as well. Definitely overdone/overboiled with vegetal notes and just heavy resin for days. Malts are sweet, almost cakey underneath, but don't balance.
In the mouth it shows an almost saccharine-like sweetness, but I think that's just the intense, piney resin mixing with the sweet malt. Past that, it's unbalanced and intensely bitter, like sucking on raw hop. Brisk carbonation, ok attenuation? Kind of hard to tell. No thanks.

Bottles and drafts since inception.
Always highly carbonated, with a strong residual sugar base, it seems since it always borderline gushes when it has some age on it. Clear, copper-tinged golden with mountains of white head.
Always smells a bit "off" and sure has a strange character to the yeast. Plastic, rubber, almost borderline Brett notes at time. Cracker and massively fruity yeast esters. Strong earth and mineral on the end.
In the mouth it's got more perceived body than your usual golden ale, mostly on account of the carbonation, but the malt does impart more biscuit and cereal character than usual, as well. Again, strong leather, mineral, plastic character; just a bizarre yeast signature really. Massively fruity and with light honey-like sweetness throughout. Pretty interesting at least, if very unusual.

Pours clear bright gold into an English pint. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Cracked malt and biscuit aromas. Soft with sweet caramel and hay front to back and into the mildly bitter earth finish. I liked this one...
