A 16 oz can bought at Susan's in Santa Fe last year, time for a sampling in a style I enjoy somewhat. Earlier I brought out my New Belgium globe glass for receive the pour and now determine a body that is a clear, pale yellow with a momentary, but full head of white foam. A straight-up scent, I get grain, malt and citrus. The taste is lemon, fresh white bread, malt and just a little bit sweet. More a summer beer, maybe next time. A nice effort in a mostly unexciting style.

Can thanks to Bonnie. Now labeled Black and Blue „Tart“, with the same ABV and description. Dark pink with a foamy head of modest duration. Aroma with a whiff of blackberries. Taste is, aptly, tart rather than sour with lingering blackberries over white bread. Light-bodied, mild carbonation. Simple and easy-going. Ok.
