16 oz. can. Holy hell I beat johnnnniee to a Great North review!! How did that happen? Aroma is oak, soft run, and vanilla. Body is appropriate for the style. Flavor has soft oaky rum though out with a vanilla and chocolate malt like finish. Pretty nice!

5 oz taster. Flavor shows a good amount of citrus with soft pineapple and coconut hints. Has a good amount of juice with a very slight earthy pine like note. Mild early hop additions.

Can from the Packie Hazy lemon gold color with a huge rocky white head that slowly recedes. Earthy grass pine and sweet bread on the nose. Citrus, orange, sweet bread, light earth and grass in the flavor. Light diacetyl is a little distracting. Decent brew but I've been more impressed with some other versions of this.

Can (6/16/20) pour from trade with Johnnniee--thanks, John! Appearance is opaque yellow-light-brown-orange, depending on the light, with no sparkle, 2-finger width foamy white head with good retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is citrus and mild pine and fruit. Taste is strong sweet Concord grape and fruit salad. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and crisp, fairly dry finish as taste and lingering yeast and mild bitterness. Overall, looks and feels the part with stronger taste than aroma. Juicy but not complex. OK for the style.

5 oz. draft. Aroma had danky pine, soft grain. Flavor was balanced with light malt and a pop of floral and pine hops. Bitterness is low and shows. Above average although real old school. 3.8

Can from the Packie. Pours just shy of clear and a light gold in color with a frothy white head that persists. Earthy pine and lots of citrus and tropical fruits atop a sweet bready maltinesss and just a touch of alcohol warming.

16 oz. can. typical hazy appearance. Aroma shows citrus fruit, pineapple-ish, mango-ish notes. Flavor shows a strong amount of fruit with some subtle herbal in the finish. Bitterness is in the form of herbal tones but here in a subtle way. Pretty balanced and above average.

Can from Greg and Jane's Lightly hazy light gold in color with a tightly bubbled white head that persists. Juicy fruity citrus and stone fruits with a sweet bready malt underneath. Very soft fruity with almost no bitterness. Honestly I would have liked a hint of pine or resin or alcohol to cut through some of the fruit. The haze bro's will love it.

Can from the source. Light bit of haze in the pale gold color and a good sized frothy white head that slowly dissipates. Citrus and pine, earthy and herbal with a bit of bready maltiness to counter. Feels bigger than the 4.5% light astringency.

16 oz. can. Aroma is white bready malt and soft citrus. The flavor is minuscule citrus with a very light herbal character. Texture is very mildly juicy. Body is light and shows that it’s only 4.5%. It is a light drinking session ale.
