Description
Anchor is America’s first and oldest craft brewery, with roots dating back to the California gold rush. Today, our beers are handmade from an all-malt mash in our traditional copper brewhouse. Our process combines the time-honored art of classical craft brewing with carefully applied, state-of-the-art modern methods.

Bottle from Utobeer. Very dark ruby colour with thick lasting beige head. Nice blackcurrant/blackberry fruit nose. Bit of liquorice and US hops too. Good in mouth and slightly oily. Finish has more black fruit and tar.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pale amber with a slight haze and a creamy, white dissipating head. Malty aroma with some lightly acidic notes. The body is light and soft with notes of wheat but absolutely no fruit. Dry, crisp and refreshing and as such it works fine as a summer quencher. 201005
