A really nice and refreshing beer. A pleasant summer favorite. Very well balanced. Some would maybe have a little higher lactic profile.
Unclear yellow golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Ok intensity in the aroma. Nice body for a 3.5% beer and a fine carbonation. A pleasant mild acidity and a semi dry texture. Citric, mild lactic, some spices and mellow fruity.

500 ml bottle, brew #003, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Dark brown colour, low off-white head. Dryish aroma of cold coffee, cocoa and woodwork. Fairly dry flavour - the little sweetness there is, brings forward the chocolate / cocoa notes nicely. Also hints of mild coffee. A slight fruitiness makes the beer very drinkable and refreshing.
