SweetWater brewery has been makin’ tasty brews in the heart of the south since 1997. What started as a pipe dream of two college buddies has turned into a dream job full of great adventures and lip-smackin’ beers. Keg at Brewdog Lothian Road. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt, light citrus, light green beans. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish. Lacks a bit of heft for the abv.

Keg at Brewdog Waterloo. Hazy-opaque amber. Foamy white head. Aroma has candied stone fruit. An underlying soft fruitiness. Flavourwise there's an initially prickly citrus sourness before a wave of soft fruit sweetness arrives. But the bitterness reasserts itself with more vigour into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation is a tad restrained. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Best of the day but still not suoer fantastic like.

Keg at Brewdog Waterloo. Clear amber gols. Foamy white head. Aroma has malts and corn with a citrus edge. Sweetbedged citrus with a slightyl bitternedge. Underlying malts. Light. Thin. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough lager. Had far worse.

Keg half pint in the Birmingham Brewdog on 30th June 2026. Light haze to the body, white head. Liked it, hoppy but not overly bitter, fruity without going over the top (citrus wise), just a nice easy going beer.
