Description
The Wild Beer Co was born in 2012 out of a love of fermentation, barrel-ageing and most importantly, flavour. We believe exceptional brewing stems from imagination and passion. Our beers are brewed using modern creative techniques and ingredients while producing some of the world’s oldest beer styles guaranteed to give you a memorable drinking experience.

Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

Bottle from whoever owns them now, bought online. There can't be that many left out there, in the wild as it were. I really enjoyed the blend of different barrel aged beers, each giving something. There's a lot going on!

A fine creation with a lot of power for a 4.6%er. The sourness comes first, followed by Green Apples, grapefruit, and touches of ginger and lemon. A real hit and a great palate cleanser. Has more body and richness than most sours as well.
