Description
The Wild Beer Co was born in 2012 out of a love of fermentation, barrel-ageing and most importantly, flavour. We believe exceptional brewing stems from imagination and passion. Our beers are brewed using modern creative techniques and ingredients while producing some of the world’s oldest beer styles guaranteed to give you a memorable drinking experience.

Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

Cock Taver mini Saison Fest. Cloudy brown beer, little white head. Softish palate, minerally carbonation. Bitterish dried fruits, mildly tangy as well. Touch of fresh citrus. Finishes semi dry with a subtle salty streak. Not bad.

Aroma had coconut, spices, sourness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, coconut, spices, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, sour and bitter. A Belgian style ale gone wrong

33cl bottle from AlesByMail. No BBE found on the bottle. Hazy orange beer with a frothy, lasting white head. Aroma has citrus and orange with earthy, cellar-like notes as well. Herbal notes. Flavor has mandarine, orange peel, lots of it, mixed with herbal notes and tropical fruityness. Bitter, dry, grapefruity finish. Interesting and tasty. Nice body for this ABV.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with a dense and creamy beige head. Lovely fresh, citrusy hop aroma. Medium body, dry caramel accents with citrusy - if somewhat dusty - hop accents. Ends dry but not overly bitter. Well put together. 050413

Keg at BrewDog Camden - London. Pours opaque fold with a huge, lastiv and frothy white head. Aroma holds lots of urine, spicy pine, white grapes. Light to medium sweet flavor, pale and lightly doughy malts, some spicy yeast, pine, pee, grass, lime. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly resinous to finish with a bit more yeast, salty sweat, ripe tangerine, pine. Really tasty beer. Lip-smacking. I like it. Quite impressive given the relatively low ABV.

Keg tap at cbc, London on 27th March 2013. Deep brown with thin decaying foam ring. Sweetish malty aroma. Richly malty in mouth with plenty of roastiness. Citric hop plays a prominent role. Tangy finish with citric hop leading the flavours. Zingy mouthfeel and suprisingly light, easy drinking texture.
