330ml can. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of funky fruity apple. Taste is tart, fleshy apple, apple core, woody, bittersweet, some funky notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

330ml can. Very pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple with sulphury hint. Taste is tangy fleshy apple, cooking apple, slightly tart, some sugary sweetness, with orchardy, straw, light funky notes. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry finish. Quite OK

On tap at The Pegasus Tap room Canterbury. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. creamy apple pie aroma. mix of cider and prosecco. its fine. some good racy acidity on finish. yes approachable.

5.5% dry . On tap at Thomas Tallis Canterbury. Clear pale gold colour no head. herby woody dry cider ok herby apple juice flavour. good depth of flavour. good puckering dryness. proper good attack the gums . decent .

BIAB at Station House, Durham. Pale yellow colour, no head and crisp apple & pear aroma. Taste is sweetish, apple, green apple, pears, some apple skin and fruity citric acidity. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable

14/1/2019. From bag in a box at Kipps Alehouse, Folkestone. Pours golden with minimal head. Aroma of apples and a hint of caramel. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, sot to flat carbonation. Dry, with some bitterness to finish. Enjoyed it.
