500ml bottle from Bier Huis. 6%. Hazed yellow colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, zesty & funk hints. Taste is tart, tangy, fruity, appley flesh, some core, skin & citric notes, with acidity and slight tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry fleshy acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tart, tangy, appley, gluey, wood, leathery, barnyard, funky, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from the Cider Vault at Fram Ferment. Clear golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of pears, mucky funk. Taste is sweetish, tartness, pear, some funk, mucky hints, with citric acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Pale golden colour with slight haze, no head and aroma of apple, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, juicy, with lightly tart acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

4/3/2023. From BIAB at the 46th Loughborough Beer Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is woody, apple core, vanilla, a little musty, slight solvent, twig, hint of gooseberry. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, low carbonation. Very dry finish. Pretty decent.

Taste is fruity, apple, with passionfruit hints, fleshy, some tartness, and citric acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
