Description
The name of our brand, Guineu, means fox in Catalan. This small mammal, common in our lands, has to be cunning to survive.

At Cervesa Guineu we understand beer as a product made with passion, which needs to be looked after from beginning to end. Our main premise is having absolute respect for our ingredients and natural brewing process. Craft beer means to explore, to surprise the palate with new and different nuances.

Located in an early 20th century building, in the textile colony of Valls de Torroella in the Barcelona province. Our brewery stands by the Cardener river. At present, our premises have a total area of 750m2, where the whole process of creation of our beers takes place. It all begins with an initial idea, followed by the design and creation of each recipe, until we actually brew it and finally package it. All this to offer you the finest possible product.

Sampled @ ACBF Vichte 2017. Leicht trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr floral hopfig, Kokosnuss, grüner Tee. Geschmack ist sehr floral hopfig, grasig bitter, Kokosnuss, lecker.

Sampled @ ACBF Vichte 2017. Fast klare hell orange goldene Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch ist mild hopfig, fruchtig. Geschmack ist mild zitronig hopfig, grasig, süffig.

Sampled @ ACBF Vichte 2017. Fast schwarze Farbe, sehr schöne beige Schaumkrone. Geruch ist sehr süß schokoladig, Milch, Lactose, viel Vanille. Geschmack ist sehr süß schokoladig, sehr viel Vanille, super lecker.

Draught Good, stable, dense snowwhite head over hazy yellow beer. Spicy, yeasty nose, dry herbs. Very bitter but not really hoppy; spicy flavour, dried herbs & spices, pharmaceutical. Medium bodied, dry MF. Weird beer.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. NIce head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, pepper, oranges, malt, flowers and has a nice fruity bitter finish.

Bottle, 5%. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, peach, yeast and spices. Flavour is malt, yeast, spices, caramel, hop, grapefruit, notes of phenols, grass, little sweet, little dry and medium bitter.
