Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear amber with a small off-white head. The nose is toasty, cracker, brown bread, stewed oranges, tangerine and dull sherbet. The taste is crisp, toasty, earth, wood, grainy, caramel, oily orange and grapefruit rind with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad. OK amber.

From London Beer Market and drunk at home. Clear gold lasting off white head. Oooh lovely diacetyl on the aroma.. It’s ok in the mouth, clean. Some hop on the finish, but the buttery diacetyl is all over this beer I am afraid. Lasting light bitterness on the finish. I’m a straight up pale ale with diacetyl.
