Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Light black with a khaki cap that veers edgewards. Nose is dark malts, light herb, spice, biscuit, cocoa powder. Taste comprises light roasted tones, charr, spice, chocolate biscuit, toffee. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Okay stout.

Cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Amber pour with a beige head. Nose is dried fruit rinds, herb, spice, dusty red berries. Taste comprises biscuit, stewed fruits, more red berry tang, nutty, brown bread. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Not bad.
