Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours deep brown with a small, foamy off-white head. Lightly sweet with notes of burnt rubber, vague cocoa, old dark fruits, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Earthy bitterness to finish, rubber, ash. Not that great.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Light haze on this amber beer (Golden?), tiny pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, but an okay creamy sweetness. Mild caramel. Overripe orange into some soft bubblegum esters. Dry finish. Tasty enough.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours clear copper with a creamy white head. Lightly sweet, some old carpet, earth, grains, leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Somewhat astringent I’m the finish, more leaves and toasted mats. Not the best.

Cask ale, half pint, shared with Finn at Royal Oak. Crocheted lacing from a filmy layer. Solid wheat haze to a golden body. Ripe fruity nose, lightly spiced, quite inviting. Firm mid-sweet fruity flavours, hints of yeast and wheat. Mid-sweet fruity yeast and wheat to the ending with noticeable alcohol. Fine bodied. Not bad at all. (Bath 27.10.2019).

Half-pint, cask ale at Royal Oak. Shared with Finn. A creamy off-white head to an unclear golden-brown body. Scattered lacing. Moderate smell of grassy hops, and a touch of earthy malts. Taste of earth, red orange, and grain. Ends with moments of citrus bitterness. Quite alright. (Bath 27.10.2019).

Delt med Rune. Gusjegrågul. Veldig uklar. Knapt observerbart skum. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken fruktig. Alkoholen lurer i bakgrunnen. Tørr avslutning.
