The company has been named after our slightly mischievous dog Ralph who on the odd occasion likes to ruin stuff.

Cask-conditioned, at the Royal Oak, Oldfield Park, Bath 21/9/2019. Near black in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. A sweetish stout, with some coffee notes, plenty of toasty character, plain chocolate and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.

Cask-conditioned, at the Royal Oak, Oldfield Park, Bath 21/9/2019. Pale golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. Floral hops, some light lemon and tangerine character, rich tea malts and a dryish finish. Refershing.

27/9/2018. Cask at the St.Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2018. Pours bright golden with a just off-white head. Aroma of hop, flowers, citrus, light caramel and slight biscuit notes. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2017 [ The 42th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 10th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Ralph's Ruin Test Brew 6 ].Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, hay, caramel, light straw. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, malty, pale malt, cookie. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171011] 5-3-6-3-11

Cask-conditioned at the Royal Oak, Bath 1/10/2017. Deep gold in colour, with a slight, white, head. Leafy hops, some hedgerow fruits, crisp cereal malts, hint of earthiness and a moderately bitter finish. Good.
