Draft. An unclear. golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, brett, straw, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of spices, malt, citrus fruits, brett, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Tap@Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen (08/05/2018 with Daniel) - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Fruity light sour with some citrus lemony fruity notes, medium to light body, notes of yeast, touch of citrus spice, wood, fruity light acidic and tart into the close.

Draught at SKAAL. Slightly hazy amber golden colour with a thin white head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, vinegar, plums, red berries and oaked notes. Taste is sour. Dry, tart fruity aroma with lemons. Usual quality from Brøggeren.

Tap. Shared with Riveiro and Esgueva on the 10/05/2018 at "Skaal", Copenhagen. Unclear medium orange colour with a low off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, acetone, sweet malts and brett. Taste is light acidic with presence of brett, vinegar and wood. Finish is quite dry and acidic. Next one please!

Siste plankegang denne sommeruka i København mai-18, og nå på Ølsnedkeren (et must hver gang jeg er her - 100 kroner for 6 ratinger!): klar farge som mest minner om eplejuice. Kort skum. Sursyrlig aroma og smak med gule epler, hvite rips og rabarbra. En effektiv ganerenser men ikke noe mer.
