Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, vinegar, plum, aceton, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart plum, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, wood, wine - wineous. 33cl Bottle, thanks Plovmand! As Birkestout Fadlagret Imperial Stout, 10.5%, brewed at Ølsnedkeren. Black colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of wood, booze, liquorice, light ashy, ink, some caramel from the whisky. Flavour is medium sweet, caramel, some whisky, roasted malts, burnt liquorice, wood, quite bitter and a bit harsh. Medium to full bodied. Decent but a bit rough.
