Based at Peel Industrial Estate near the centre of Bury, Lancashire.
The brewery’s name is taken from the Deeply Vale area near Bury. Located in the wilds of Lancashire, it was once a rural village with thriving mills up to the early 1950’s. The area has close associations with Anne, whose parents and grandparents lived and worked in Deeply Vale.

Cask at the Microbar Beer Festival, Manchester, 2013. Dark brown pour with a tan head. Meaty old aroma. A bit of coffee and dark chocolate in there too. Flavours of coffee, chocolate and a smidgen of licorice. Quite nice.
