Appearance: Opaque deep brown with a small beige head of medium retention. Aroma: Dark malts, roasted, dried dates and figs, fermented plum marmalade, chocolate. Taste: Light to medium sweet, light sour & bitter. Dark malts, roasted, dried dates and figs, fermented plum marmalade, chocolate, hop. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Summary: Not a perfect one still it has its different point.

Appearance: foggy pale yellow with a large white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: tropical fruit (especially passion fruit),citrus, distant pine needles. Taste: light sweet, medium bitter. Passion fruit, guava, citrus, pine needles. Mouth feel: medium body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: good. Tasty.

Appearance: Misty deep gold to pale amber, decent off-white head. Aroma: Blossom (jasmine?), tea, candy, biscuit, grapefruit. Taste: Medium sweet and bitter. Perfume, oxidated malt, tea, biscuit, grapefruit. Hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Rather strange. Maybe too old.

Better. Also a bit thin and quite sweet, but at least the taste is nice and the flavours work together. Sweet nutella from the hazelnuts, bit of creamy lactose, some light roasty coffeeness. Not bad at all for a lower abv stout, maybe a touch too sweet.

Tap. Dark brown, creamy foam. Aroma: very pastry, chocolate biscuits and waffles, butter and cream liqueur, sweet and sugary. Sweet taste, caramel, creamy, toffee, chocolate, butter, cookie canvas, unbalanced.
