Appearance: Cloudy chestnut brown with a one finger tall ivory-coloured head of decent retention. Aroma and taste: Toast & toffee, rich dried fruit including raisins, dates, figs etc., shery, soft hop power. Moderately sweet, light to medium bitter. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: The effort definitely succeeded.
