Bottle at ash's. Pours deep brown, nose is roasted, coffee, some funk, taste is sweet ,creamy, roasted, liquorice, chocolate.

75cl bottle from the brewery. Appearance - deep brown with an orange chink. Nose - chocolate cake plus raisins. Taste - smoky, burnt raisins and something prune like. Palate - medium bodied. Sweet, then dry and woody through the finish. Overall - lovely stuff.

Bottle. Pours clear dark brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of coffee, faint liquorice, tinned prunes. Taste is more of the same. Decent.

Bottle at ash's. Pours orange, nose is burnt toffee, funk, sweet fruit, taste is juicy fruit, grass, musty, toffee, herbs.

75cl bottle from the brewery. Appearance - cloudy amber, white head. Nose - banana and stewed apple. Taste - toffee and tart red fruit. Wood and wood spice. Palate - medium bodied. Tangy sweet combo. Could be more tangy on the finish. Overall - very nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a thick white head. Aromas of banana and spice, fruit bread. Taste is light sweet, fruity, cranberry. More bready notes and spices. Good.

75cl bottle from the brewery. Appearance - hazy yellow to brown. Snow white head. Nose - apples, pears and floral. Sour underlay. Taste - sour up front then herbs and eventually leaning into citrus and orchard fruit. Palate - light bodied but very persistent and long. Sour tang on the finish. Overall - very nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of apple, light sour lemon. Taste is soft sourness, more apple and lemon. Creamy texture, good body.

500ml bottle. Pours opaque black with virtually no head. Aroma: roasted malts, cereals, coffee. Taste: bitter chocolate, coffee, a little sharp. Dry bitter finish. Thin bodied with minimal carbonation. This was quite odd, not a patch on v1
