Our Irish craft beer brewery has come along way since its inception in 2013. Our handcrafted beers have gone from strength to strength, recently rebranded but with the same great taste. We believe our collaboration beer has struck something special and the feedback is awesome.

On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is hoppy notes of apricots, mango and orange peel. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is hoppy notes of grapefruit, orange peel, apricots, mango and passion fruit. Bitter hoppy finish. Nice enough IPA, but not very New English.

330ml bottle. Pours an amber gold with a decent off white head. Aroma of burnt toast, hay, some piney hops. Taste is hoppier than expected, nice pine and spruce hops combine well with the bready malts. Nice quick finish

Aroma: Roasted malt and brown sugar with chocolate and liquorice. Flavour: Fruity and malty sweet with notes of chocolate and liquorice. Colour: Black with a tan head.

Bottle at home picked up from Crumlin Tesco. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a a lasting halo of off white head. Aroma is stewed apple, metallic, musty grains, sweaty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, apple, spicy yeast, sweaty grains. Hot alcohol. Big signs of a stressed ferment. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation light tangy.. Pretty bad.

Bottle at home picked up from Crumlin Tesco. A hazed reddy amber coloured pour with a a fine off white head. Aroma is jammy red berries, metallic, tangy cranberry. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, red berries, cranberry, chalky, thin brown bready malts. Palate is semi sweet, thin, highish carbonation. Meh.

Bottle at home in Northern Ireland. A hazed dull gold coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is dull grains, soapy, light apple,. Flavour is composed of light grains, little toffee, apple, chalky, dull sweaty grains. Palate is light grains, chalky, moderate carbonation. Pretty shit.

Can at home. A light hazed orange golden coloured pour with a lasting frothy off white head. Aroma is semi sweet nutty malts, jammy fruits, grapefruit jelly, dusty grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet dusty grains, grapefruit peel, dirty citrus, woody citrus. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, Dirty grains. Rustic grains. Dirty bitterness.

[ As Hillstown Hilda The Hen ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, plastic, pale malt, burnt plastic, citrus. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, plastic, burnt plastic, pale malt.
