Bottle at Chriso’s. Aroma of cat piss, light honey malt, crackers. Deep gold color with lace. Tangy, bready flavor, crackers, lemony dryness, and a dry, earthy finish. OK.

Bottle at Chriso’s. Fruity, wild aroma, funk. This is off. Sour, dry, yeasty, it almost works and becomes Orval, but not quite.
