Rien d'endiablé avec ce cidre dont j'ai peiné à terminer une moitié de bouteille. Joli visuel toutefois avec un blond doré parfaitement limpide avec une fine effervescence moyennement soutenue sans mousse. Au nez j'ai pris espoir avec des arômes de pommes aux accents fermiers. A la dégustation il est en tout autre avec un cidre bien trop sucré, dont l'alcool, pourtant à 6%, ne sert à rien et où mêmes les arômes fermiers du nez ont disparu. La présence en bouche et la longueur sont également décevantes. Bref, un cidre à oublier.

Bottle @Le Bon Bock (Rome). Dorata, viva, brillante, limpidissima, schiuma leggerissima. Al naso note di mela, pera, nulla di particolare. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con lieve acidulo finale e astringenza. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Niente di speciale.
