Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a small and lacing, beige head. Aroma of crystal malts and a slight spiciness from the thyme. Medium body, again crystal malts but turns oddly soapy due to the added spice. Subdued bitterness. Honestly, the spices are not doing this beer any good. 240625

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, rough, white head. Fruity nose with some rather harsh phenols. Medium body, again fruity and slightly tart with some really unpleasant chemical phenols leading up to a rough bitterness. Get another yeast please! 240525

500ml bottle at Postgaarden. Shared with Skinnyviking. A beige head resting over a jet black body, spotty lacing. Roasted malty smell, hints of caramel, dough, and liquorice, promising. Quite well balanced taste of black malts and dark fruits, including liquorice, caramel, and prunes. Plain roasted malty finish. Medium bodied. Pretty decent. (Ribe 19.10.2021).

400ml draught at Postgaarden. Dotted spots on the glass from a patch layer, hazy amber body. Doughy nose, hints of grass. Mixed taste profile of apricot, grain, and a yeasty note. Dry, doughy ending. Medium bodied. Okay with the food, accepted. (Ribe 19.10.2021).

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a small and beige head. Rustic, dusty nose - a little roastiness and a tart edge. Solid malty body, but again not really clean, has an old, oxidized touch. Caramel, if not exactly sweet. Weak roast and again this tartness. Just drinkable. 270521
