Aroma: brown sugar and sweet malt. Flavour: fruity sweetness with malt and brown sugar. Slight roasted coffee and chocolate with spices. Aftertaste is chocolate and slightly sour. Colour: dark reddish brown with a tan head.

Aroma: floral and fruity sweetness. Flavour: fairly fruity sweet with rosehip and berries. Aftertaste is slightly dry bitter. Colour: golden amber with a white head.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy toffee aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some herbal/toffee notes. Short finish. Watery palate. Messy brew.

50 cl bottle at Quedens Gaard Café, Ribe. Slightly hazy golden colour with an amber tint. A thin, white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, bread, floral notes, butter and pale malts. Taste is lightly sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with sweet fruits, floral and citrus notes. Okay Lager in my book.

Bottle, DØE Julefrokost @ Aarhus Bryghus. Pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, brown sugar, sweet spice, little fruit. Flavor is weak malt, grain, sugar, sweet spicy, little fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 161215

Bottle. Pours cloudy nearly black with stable tan head. Clear aroma of roasted malt and yeast, with notes of coffee and touches of fruit. Bitter, roasty flavour with estery and malty notes and touches of hops. Hints of liquorice. Roasty and coffeelike aftertaste. Not bad. Quite reasonable, actually.

Bottled@PBF X. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, caramelly and some toffee and earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, mild grains and bread along with some wooden notes.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear dark copper brown with airy but stable beige head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with notes of caramel and faint hoppy touches. Sweetish flavour of yeast and caramel malt, with hoppy and nutty notes. Subtle fruity hints. Estery and malty afteraste. Creamy mouthfeel. Not that bad but rather creamy for the style.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with small, bubbly white head. Clear aroma of malt ad fruit, with notes of bread and touches of hops and yeast. Sweetish, fruity and malty flavour with touches of yeast and caramel and bitter, hoppy notes. Bitter and slightly fruity aftertaste. Drinkable but rather sweet for the style.

50cl bottle from brewery. Bbe 14.03.16. Deep amber color with a thin white head. Wort, malty nose, smoke and old dust in aroma. Flavor has smoky notes, grains, mild toffee notes. Spicy, some juniper in finish. Not my cup of tea.
