28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours cloudy mid brown with a large off-white head. Aroma of smoked meat, burned plastic, rubber, smouldering bonfires. Light sweetness, medium sour. Moderate body, oily texture, above average carbonation. Didn't like this.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy coffee brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of somked peat, with notes of yeast and malt. Bitter, peaty and hoppy flavour, with notes of malt and yeast. Smoky and malty aftertaste. Okay.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear brown, light beige head. Smoky, peaty aroma. Bitter, smoky and peaty flavour. Has a sourish note too. Quite light body, does not really support the smoke at all.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Heavy peated malty aroma. Light hoppy notes. Light bitter very peasted nice flavor. Average finish. watery palate. Nice.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and heavy peat. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 280718

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are ashes, smoke, caramel and hops. A bit like licking an ashtray. Too peated.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours murky pale brown with a large off-white head. Aroma of malt, syrup, caramel, fruit and veg. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a sour edge. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Gusher. Pours hazy dark amber with airy beige head. Clear aroma of sour yeast, with malty hints and hoppy touches. Sour and peppery flavour with malty notes. Sour aftertaste. Off. Infected. Poor.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Gusher. Clear amber, light beige head. Mild yeasty, light fruity aroma. Sourish, yeasty flavour. Dry and not really clean.
