Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a fizzy, white head. Distinct honey aroma - pleasant. Medium body, quite fizzy. Again dominant honey notes making it sweet but not cloying. No real tartness. A Melomel I guess, and quite nice as such. These guys really should quit brewing their horrible beers and focus on their cider production. 090922

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque deep nutty rown with a dense and rich, beige head. Very little aroma, perhaps a hint of nuts and faint yeast. Medium body, but whatever flavors there may be are immediately drowned in a massive, lactic tartness. Another disgracefully infected beer from this brewery. I have no clue how they can stay in business. 010922

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep red with a fizzy, red head. Aroma of black currant and a hint of wild yeast. Medium body, quite fizzy, sweetness from the honey while the black currant is less pronounced flavor wise. A wee leathery hint of wild yeast. Apart from the fizzy mouthfeel, this may be the best product from Struer, ever. 040822

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing, off-white head. Odd, tart fruitiness in the nose - certainly not something you would expect in an IPA. Light body, metallic dry, but most of all totally overwhelmed by a lactic infection as pretty much everything from this brewery is. An utter drainpour. 100622

Bottle, backlog April 2014. Clear amber body under a medium sized tan head. Aroma has malt, some toffee and dry fruit. Taste is medium sweet caramel malt with some kind of fruity bitterness – more like some kind of general fruit and not particular bitter really. Medium body and rather sweet aftertaste. Feels a bit sticky.

Bottle, backlog April 2014. Clear amber body under a nice beige head. Quite strong aroma, biscuit, malt, honey and star anise. Taste is a bit strange; the beer is sweet but the malt has a certain dry taste, lots of licorice – way too much actually, with brown sugar. Medium body and a rather unpleasant sweet, licorice aftertaste.

Bottle, backlog April 2014. Clear golden body under a big fluffy white head. Quite light in aroma, some malt and a bit spicy. Taste has soft sweet malt, spicy, herbal, yeast, slightly acidic pear and low bitterness. Medium body and short in aftertaste. Plain but drinkable.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a small, off-white head. Vague caramellish aroma. Medium body, nuts and caramel - yet not sweet at all. With a vague, lurking tartness. Ends dry. However, possibly the cleanest beer I've ever had from this brewer - although totally uninspired. 101018
