Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is dark golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, wood, notes of rum, tart, sulphur and has a nice sour and sweet finish.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Clear golden without head. Aroma is sweet apples, caramel and wood. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish with a little warming alcohol. 201018

Cask gravity at the London drinker beer fest 2018. A clear golden amber coloured pour. Aroma is sweet, earthy honey, brown sugars, honeysuckle, mead. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, oak tannin, honey, earthy, woody bark. Palate is semi sweet tannin, drying, lowish carbonation.. Little tangy . Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation. Little spicy finish. Lingeting bark.

From the 2018 Leicester Beer Festival. As 'Green Valley Rum Cask', 8.2%. Reddish gold, clear, flat. Woody, appley, rummy and strong alcohol aroma with hints of pear and spice. Strong and boozy taste with a dry oaky finish. Apple juice and rum in the aftertaste. One of the best ciders I've had in a while.

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ [ EBF21 2015 ], 21th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Green Valley Rum Tiddly Tum ].Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, red apples, rum, alcohol, light barnyard, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart, apples, vinegar, rum, wood, sharp, warm, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20150807] 6-2-7-3-15

Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours pale red. Fairly strong strawberry aroma. Taste is all about the strawberry, moderately sweet and not massively artificial or chemically like most other strawberry ciders. Fair carbonation. It’s not bad, with just enough tart apple fruit shining from underneath.

Polypin @ Shrewsbury Beer Festival, 2017. Pours clear gold, rich apple fruit aroma. Taste is predictably quite rich, with pure apple fruit, modest acidity and a tightened tannic grip. Good pure fruit strong cider.

Godt opplegg & god plass de periodene vi var der. Vi rakk også over alle de ølene som var nye for oss i løpet av to formiddagsøkter. Avslappende!
