9/10/2020. Draught at The Brewers Tap, Southsea. Pours clear very pale gold with a white head. Light hoppy, grainy, citrus and tropical, grassy aroma. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Light bodied, average carbonation. Easy drinking low abv pale.

Draft: Poured a unclear yellow with white head. Aroma is light fruit, citrus. Taste is mellow citrus fruit, some grain, tingles around the palate.

Cask (Southampton Beer Festival 2018) - Hazy pale golden in colour. Pineapple, grapefruit, cat piss and orange all feature strongly in both the aroma and in the tangy, hoppy and moreish taste.

Cask. Hants Oktoberfest. Fruit and berry aroma. Dark cola brown. Thin bubbly head. The bittwrness grows.in strength but always has a fruity berry edge. Light bodied. Thin. Flat. Abrupt. Very drinkable..

ABV: 5.4%. Unclear matt light orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt, citrus, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171012]

500ml Bottle - Hazy golden in colour. Peach and passion fruit in the aroma. Hoppy and fairly bitter taste with pineapple, lychees, peach, passion fruit and some slightly earthy notes.

330ml Bottle - Black with a tan head. Smoked malt, fudge and some soapy notes in the aroma. Smoky and slightly earthy taste with liquorice, fudge, coffee and some slightly soapy notes. Not as smoky as I was expecting but that is by no means a criticism.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown almost black. Liquorice, pine and fudge in the aroma. Hoppy and roasted taste with liquorice, roasted malt, pine and soapy hops. Very tasty.
