--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear nut brown, mid sized head. Aroma of marzipan. brown sugar and licorice. Muid sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, banana, herbal spice and marzipan. Mid bitter finish. Laid back and pleasant.

Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, belgian yeast, candy - sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, belgian yeast, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20210901]

Bottle (three months after BBE). Pours light hazy amber with huge white head. Aroma is malt, cinnamon, cardamon, apples and caramel. Taste is very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, syrup and Christmas spices.
