Cask at the 8th Chappel Winter Beer Festival. Pours bright amber with a bubbly lasting off white head. Aroma is not good, buttery, skunky, with some malt. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Light body and oily texture, carbonation is average to soft. If you can get passed the aroma it’s ok.

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Bright clear gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, dry with decent fine carbonation. Sulphur! Dry floralness and dried fruits. Bitter finish. Nice condition, shame about the sulphur.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A mid golden coloured pour with a fine white head aroma is mineral, English yeast, chalk, seaweed, hedgerow hop. Flavour is composed of semi dirty base malts x damp hay, dirty hedgerow hop, grassy, English yeast ester. Palate is semi sweet crisp, slightly grainy, decent cask condition. Not bad.
