BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orange-yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of mucky barnyar funk, apple. Taste is sweetish, tart fruity, apple, fleshy, farmhouse funk, with some acidity and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable

12/10/2023. BIAB at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is mucky, apple, caramel, straw, horse blanket. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, low carbonation. Sweet and lightly drying finish. Not bad.

500ml bottle from a shop in Bath. Unclear deep gold appearance, sparkling. Aroma of mild funk, fleshy apple pomace. Nicely rounded flavour profile, rustic hints with a blossoming yarlington fruitiness. Lovely.
