31/8/2023. Bottle from Bull Of The Woods Brewery, Kirby Cane. Pours clear very pale gold with a small short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet apple, caramel, petroleum, citrus, funky notes. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness and body. Average carbonation, slightly oily. Quite likeable.

10/5/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sharp, green apple, woody, funky, slightly mucky. Medium sweetness, quite heavy sour. Moderate body, watery, average carbonation. Dry sour finish.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, vinegary funk, straw. Taste is sharp, apple, fruity, fleshy, solventy hint, some funk, with straw notes and tart acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish Quite drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 05/05/22. Clear pale golden to yellow with a white cap, that soon veers to the edge of the glass. Nose is apple skin, tannins, straw, vinous notes. Taste comprises sharp apple, oak, orchard wood, light funk, light acidic apples, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Fine.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear yellow gold coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is spicy oak, white wine, lemon, . Flavour is composed of tart lemon tart apple, bark, wood, light vinegar. Palate is tart tangy, light carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a golden with a bubble head. Aroma is musty, pungent, wood, apple. Taste is tingly, woodsy, crisp apple, light spice, dry finish.

10/12/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG. Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is musty, raspberry, vanilla, nail polish, mucky edge. Medium sweetness with a tangy tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Not their best.

Taste is raspberry, biscuit, cardboardy, with some apple notes and sugary sweetness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, drying finish with a lingering sweet jammie dodger note. Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear pale petrol coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is harsh nail polish remover, lmon rind, bile. Flavour is composed of harsh wet dog, harsh tang, green apple, pithy dry finish. Palate is harsh tang, pithy, dry finish, spritxzy carbonation. Really bad. didn't get any raspberry or vnailla.
