$2.50 pint can from Beer Run. Pours medium gold with an off-white head. Aroma of stale hops, resin, syrup, bread. Flavor is fucked up hops, pine, resin, bread. Does not taste like a session - lots of flavor, but it’s not good flavor. Skip this.

12 fl.oz can. Pours hazy bright amber colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, strong malt, riped fruits. Taste of strong bitter resinous hops, spruce, tannins, red malt, strong malt, long bitter finish.

Can. Clear red - amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth. Mellow malts, a little cream and caramel. Light ripe orange and marmalade. Very mild spice. A little more malt cream. Smooth finish. Nothing unusual here, however it does have the ephemeral drinkability and it has a lot of it.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20170525) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, white bread, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A rather nice hoppy brew.

Can to mug, the appearance was a hazy burnt amber color with a sturdy finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a mild pace. Subtle strings of lace.
The aroma had some grapefruit pulpy sweetness, mild earthy hop tones and a caramel malt base.
The flavor was malty initially but brought in the grapefruit sweetness steadily. Aftertaste was malts and grapefruit. Finish was brisk yet malty sweet and dry.
The palate was medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt good what was projected.
Overall, I see in the description that the brewer says Irish red ale, so I’m not going to be the one to change this to amber ale despite that’s what I may think this is. Hey, though, thanks for the current Irish ale tick, haha.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a golden bronzed color with a slight transparency about it. Light carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a finger’s worth of white foamy head. Light messy sliding lace.
The aroma had a bright sweet to bitter grassy and citrusy hoppiness up front with an ever so slight malt base in the background.
The flavor had the hoppy bitterness up front and kept the maltiness in the backbone fairly nice - some sweetness, but not too much. Decent little aftertaste blending the malts and hops. Not much of a finish, somewhat bitter.
The feel was about medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine.
Overall, pretty good AIPA that I could have again if I could get it again.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy and dark brown with whitish foam. Aroma is light of cherries. Body is relatively dense. Taste is predominantly sour. Finish is long and reminiscent of licorice.

Tap at Pikkulintu. Clear amber color, good cloudy off-white head. Sweetie honeyish aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish, honeish flavour. Piney, flowery decent hoppyness. Simple.

330 ml can. Pours with a clear golden color and a nice white head, which unfortunatly disappears very fast. The nose is yeasty, hops, some citrus fruit, some malts and as the beer gets warmer, some chocolate aroma. Taste ist Begian yeast, bananas, citrus. Slightly some herns. Carbonation is ok. I expected a stronger taste (w/ alcohol).
