ABV: 6.0%. Light unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy pear, barnyard, tart pear, celery notes, aceton notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet pear, fruity. Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours hazy yellow - green with a tiny white head. The nose is earthy, musty, leather, pear skin and dirty white grape. The taste is smooth, tart, leather, earthy, wood, apple skin, sherbet, apple pie and white grape with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth, well - rounded and quaffable. Pretty juicy and easy - going.
