Hurst View Cider
Cidery
in Stafford,
Staffordshire,
England 🏴
Associated Venue: Snuggery Tap
Established in 2011
Our cider is made with locally sourced Staffordshire apples and traditional dabbinett bittersweet cider apples. The freshly pressed 100% juice is then blended and left to ferment naturally with its own wild yeasts. The cider is then matured to produce a traditional craft cider with character and flavour. Our cider may change flavour from batch to batch as unsulphited wild yeasts are unpredictable as mother nature.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pinkish orange colour, fizzy pink foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of raspberry, citric, mucky notes. Taste is sweet, raspberry, fruity, with tart lemony citrus notes and some underlying fleshy apple & light funk. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying berry fruit & citric finish. Quite OK

Box @ Snuggery Tap, Newport. Pours a misty pink, light raspberry fruit aroma. Fairly light on the palate, gentle raspberry presence, lightly sweet with soft underlying lemon notes. Clean, straightforward, light fruited cider.
