[ As Beardspoon Ciderfect ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, manure, swet and tart apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, apples, manure - funky, dry. Gravity cask at Nottingham festival day two with fonefan, Charlotte & chriso. Hazy yellow color, still. Bright fruit aroma. Taste is tart fruit, almost sour, dryish finish. Nice.

Unclear matt light yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, sweet apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart apple, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20140813]
