BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey gold colour, some bubbleson top and aroma of apple, fleshy, funk, stone fruit hints. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, peachy hints, with biscuity note and some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & drying appley finish. Quite drinkable

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, floral, funk hint. Taste is sweet, zingy, apple, fleshy, elderflower note, with drying tartness and hints of tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet tart finish. Quite drinkable

Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fleshy fruity, citrus, wood, vanilla with hint of leathery funk and mellow drying acidity. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Yellow colour, no head and aroma of pear, fleshy, solventy funk. Taste is tangy, pear, fruity, some tartness, with leathery funk, tinned pineapple hints and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is fleshy apple, fruity, with strawberry, peach & apricot hints, some funk, citric acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tart & light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
