Draught at Stumble Inn, Bradford-on-avon. Hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, farmhouse notes. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy, fruity with some funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

29/4/2022. On the Harwich Ale Trail. From BIAB at the Globe, Harwich. Pours clear dark gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity apple, woody, vanilla, caramel. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, low carbonation. Dry finish. Pretty good.

500ml bottle. Pours slightly cloudy dull orange gold with zero carbonation. Aroma is musty, dry apples, with a little smoky acetone. Taste is dry apple juice throughout. A little smoke.

From cask at Waterloo Tap, London, 26.02.22. Cloudy straw colour. Almost ko head. Fine and complex aroma and taste of Lapsang Souchong, apple peel and oak. Good! Dry and uncarbonated.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, musty. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, orangey notes, with some mellow tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
