Tap @ Brewpub. Murky pale yellow apple white colour, medium fast disappearing head. Aroma is vinegar, sour apple, yeast and vegetables. Flavour is sour apple, vinegar, medium to high carbonation. Sour finish. Odd cider.

(Draught at the brewpub, Berlin, 21 July 2010) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark bread, caramel and a touch of ashes. Malty, roasted taste with toffee, dark chocolate and dark rye bread. Spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with just a touch of sweetness. Very nice and enjoyable.

Malty, toasty taste with notes of bread, dried fruit, apricots and orange. Mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Fairly nice and tasty vienna. (6/6/7/6/6.5=6.4) Rerate: (Draft at Birra, Berlin, 16 July 2025) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with crisp-bread, orange peel and treacle-toffee. Malty taste with notes of crisp-bread, toffee, apricots, orange peel and a mild spicy bitterness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Fruity, malty taste with orange, apricots, banana, clove and a slightly spicy finish. Light body, balanced sweetness. Kind of average but decent hefeweizen.
