Keg at Hops & Barley, 23/07/22. Dark mahogany brown with a good sized beige cap. Nose is dried fruit rinds, biscuit, raisins, brown bread. Taste comprises earthy fruits brown bread, toffee, baking powder, raisins, dried fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, lighy drying close. Tidy dunkel.

Als Helles vom Faß im Hops & Barley, Friedrichshain. - Schön goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase Hefe, getreidiges helles Malz und milde kräuterige Hopfung. - Antrunk satt, beinahe dick getreidig hellmalzig mit deutlicher Malzsüße und nur milder, eher plumper Hopfung. Blasse Anklänge an Mandarine. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang aromatisch vage, matt zitrusfruchtige Bittere. - Dickliches aber plumpes Helles, nicht richtig ausgereift, nahe an einem belanglosen Gasthausbrauereien-Produkt. Keine Empfehlung.
