Gebrouwen door Vrouwen (Brewed by Women) originated as a hobby of two sisters from Amsterdam. They started brewing beer in 2013, at home in a 35 liter pan. They mastered the brewing process through trial and error. Now they know exactly how to make a fresh, sweet and tasty beer. At home they continue to experiment to keep creating new beers. The best beers are brewed in large quantities for everyone to enjoy!

Don't really get the bad reviews, this is one of the better beers I've had from gebrouwen door vrouwen. A spicy winter beer, loads of spices, with the estery goodness of a weizen. Very drinkable too. I enjoyed this a lot.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Clear light brown with a white head. Glüh wine spices aroma (no, really) with some caramel. Sweet taste with a sweet finish. Nice to have a sip of two from but for me the whole bottle is a bit too much.

Bruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht fris zuur en fruitig met iets van apfelstrudel, wat kaneel en kruidnagel. Wat mij betreft geen succes. Heb het wel opgedronken.

Bottle at home, no Hoop at the bottle to find so i think its this one. Darker orange beer, small head. Aroma is pumpkin, spices, malt. Taste is the same, ok beer.

33 cl. bottle shared with Hilde @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn Culemborg. Clear yellow with a white head. Sweet ginger aroma. Taste is sweet with more ginger. Finish is rather bitter, which I like. Decent but still a bit of a gimmick beer.
