On tap at Anxo DC, pours a lightly hazy gold, no head. Nose is very nice, apples, apple cores, some cheese, some yeast, lemon, earthy notes. Flavor follows, sweet with apples but tart too, cheesy/earthy notes, almost grassy in a way, some yeasty notes. Finishes tart and dry. Lots of complexity.
