Small fizzy shortlasting head, hazy dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, hay, fruit stones, yeast, minerals, sour grass, grain, paper, flowers, soil, old leafs. Taste is slightly sweet mineraly, grain, hay, dusty vanilla, cereal, minerals, paper, bark, alcohol, fruit stones, grass, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. So boring.

500 ml bottle, batch #100263, from Vinmonopolet Øvre Årdal. ABV is 6%. Pale golden colour, minimal white head. Aroma of lactic acid and sea water, only a hint of watermelon. Refreshing and nice flavour, moderately sour, well balanced notes of lactic acid, watermelon and lime, a hint of salt. Very moderate hops.

500 ml bottle, batch #100621, from Vinmonopolet Øvre Årdal. ABV is 6%. Hazy golden colour, minimal white head. Moderate carbonation. Aroma of yeast, wood, wort, sea buckthorn berries and a hint of vanilla. The flavour is too yeasty, again notes of wood and sea buckthorn berries, the vanilla is hardly discernible. Still drinkable, but way too yeasty to buy again.

500 ml bottle, batch #100253, from Vinmonopolet Øvre Årdal. ABV is 6.5%. Golden colour, huge white head (overcarbonated). Nice aroma of malts and herbal German hops. Decent flavour, slightly sweet, malts and herbal hops again, no surprise there. A decent heller Bock (the brewers' German is not perfect), no more, no less. A pity with the aggressive carbonation, though.

500 ml bottle, as Tya Tind Weissbier, at Svalheim B&B, Øvre Årdal. ABV 4.7%. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Aroma and flavour with the usual h.w. characteristics (banana, some citrus and cloves), but unfortunately with way too much yeasty notes.
