Aroma is is hoppy notes of pine and foresty floral notes, as well as citrus peel and bretty minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops with pine, light floral notes, minerals and grapefruit. Dry finish.

Aroma is lactic acid and tart fruity notes of rhubarb, currants, sorrel and musty fruit peel. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with fruity notes of fruit peel, stone fruits, minerals and some notes of what's probably rhubarb.

500 ml bottle, as Tya Industri Stout, from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. ABV is 4.7%. Nearly black colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of roast malts, coffee, black rye bread and dark bitter chocolate. Dry flavour, with same elements as the aroma. Moderate hops. The mouthfeel is slightly watery.

Drukket på Bergstua. Lys gyldengul. Litt uklar. Lavt skum. Blir raskt film. Litt lacing. Tydelig rabarbraaroma. Smaken gjennomgående syrlig. Rabarbraen dominerer. Frisk!

500 ml bottle, as Tya Juv Red Ale, from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. As normal for this brewery, the label design is outstanding. ABV is 4.7%. Reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Aroma of amber malts, red berries and caramel The flavour is malty but not too sweet, fairly light bodied. Again notes of caramel, only a hint of berry fruit. Moderate to modest hops. Fairly well balanced and easy drinking, good with food.

Egenpleie i solkroken en vakker aprilkveld: 0,5 flaske fra Gulating Stavanger. Vakker, rødlig mahogny med flott skum som holder følge helt til bunns. Saftig aroma og smak med røde bær, karamellkjeks, vaniljeappelsiner og et hint av kanel. Smaksrik, balansert og lettdrikkelig. En velplassert forfriskning etter sykkelturen.

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, leafs, hay, minerals, bark, paper, lawn, yeast, dusty hops, flowers, light malts, hints of citrus peel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, weeds, hay, minerals, paper, sour grass, flowers, bark, soil, leafs, moss, yeast, hints of harsh citrus peel. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly watery and harsh floral mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of boring.

Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish grassy mouthfeel with a tiny grainy twist to it. Fair enough, needs to be aged for a few more months I guess...
