500ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Shared with Finn. Filmy layer over a deep dark ruby coloured body. Spotty lacing. Earthy malts on the nose, carefully spiced and mid-sweet. Malt-driven taste of nuts, caramel and a backdrop of prunes, discreet spices to it. Rounded mid-sweet malty ending. Medium bodied. Drinks quite well. Pleasing. (Tromsø 31.12.2018).
