Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Golden amber with a good sized lasting light beige head. Nose is earthy, dirty drain notes, stewed fruit, stale bread. Taste improves comprising straw, grains, earthy fruit rinds, malty notes, earthy. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying. Not great.

8/2/2020. From cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival, Birmingham. Pours clear golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, flowers, malt and fruit. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily sticky texture, average to soft carbonation. Alcohol kick to finish. Another one I’ve enjoyed from Wessex.
