Description
As San Diego's first and only Brewery/Winery/Restaurant, we pride ourselves on putting everything we have into the things we do and push the boundaries of creative products to share with our guests. Our beers are focused on drinkability, merging inspirational flavors from our restaurant and winery to create one of a kind products. Our tasting room is attached to our restaurant, The Cork and Craft. We're open every day except for Monday, including lunch during the work week, and brunch on Sundays. We not only offer our own beers on tap, but many other guest beers from around the world that we share our 40 taps with. We feature flights of our own beers which can be enjoyed in the bar, restaurant or on our heated outdoor patio. Come in for the beer, stay for the food, and discover your Abnormal side.

Fles gedeeld met Keukeman en Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een volle dun schuim. Het heeft een aroma van vanille. De smaak is vol gebrande mout, vanille en melkchocolade.

Pecan nuttiness is all over the place, nice ice cream vibes still.

Might have been DDH version, as that was what can said, if they are different versions.

0.473l can. Aroma of berries, passion fruit, citrus, pea shells, dust and cereals. Pours clearly dark ruby color with quickly diminishing frothy pink head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts tart juicy citrusy with tons of passion fruit and berries, grainy following and smooth but crisp mouthfeel. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Slutty Berliner…

Can (best by 8/1/25) from Total Wine & More, W. Hollywood. Opaque, murky brown with tons of sparkle, ephemeral head and no lacing. Aroma is strong, roasted malt, somewhat plasticene quality. Taste mirrors aroma, faint lactose. Frothy texture, average carbonation, roasted bitter finish. Not a great look, weird fake plasticene quality and quite bitter. Not getting the lactose or chocolate.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Lightly hazy orange colour, fizzy head. Vanillin powder and citric acid up front. Citric with light body and clean mouthfeel. Artificial sweetener meets citric acid in a chemical concotion without purpose and direction. Mostly awkward.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Pinkish orange colour, small head. Vinegary blackberry aroma. Tart with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Vinegary tartness, slight blackberries and above all a big why? A touch of artificial sweetener in the finish.
