33cl bouteille de Systembolaget Sigtuna. BB 21/09/2023. Dégustée à l’hôtel.
Couleur cuivre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur une base maltée - caramel, sucre candi, malt pâle cara, pils, petite pointe de fumé, peut-être ce côté infusion rendant une note terreuse en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur un caractère assez basique. De premier abord, impossible de noter l'apport des chanterelles - à la limite, un léger côté terreux - umami peu se distinguer en fin de bouche, mais en l'état cet ajout ne confère pas grand chose de spécial.
La base reste sur une bière classique d'inspiration française surtout dans l'usage malté caramel, léger sucre résiduel. Amertume en retrait sur le noble, je note une petite note rappelant l'abricot séché, et un sucre/doux en fin de bouche.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Almost clear golden with a white head. Bread, citrus, mild apricot and grass. Quite bitter finish.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, herbal, some grass and mild earthy tones. Flavour is biscuity, some floral tones with mild sweet malts as well. A bit nutty elements too.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, sweet malt, bread - tea. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, hay, bread - tea, tea bitter finish. Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some wooden and mild herbal tones with some earth too. Flavour is fruity, floral, some toffee and mild caramel tones. Strangely bitter in the finish, but otherwise very nice.
